We’re happy to offer exchanges for any defective items purchased directly from lustfulblvd.com, as long as you contact us within 30 days of your purchase and provide a valid order confirmation email.
For items outside this window, please check with the manufacturer for their warranty or return policy.

– Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Any orders placed after 4 PM (PST) on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
– We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
– Any packages returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be safely discarded, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
